The Big Easy Comedy Fest takes place around the middle of the month and involves a variety of performances by new and established stand up comedians, as well as sketch shows and reviews.

At the end of the month, don't miss the Celebration in the Oaks, where the trees in City Park are lit up with spectacular Christmas lights.
