The New Orleans Wine and Food Experience towards the end of May is a festival of local and international food and wine.

And the Greek Festival showcases traditional folk dancing, arts and crafts, jewellery and of course, food and drink.

New Orleans is a city famous for its beautiful architecture and there are several sites you can't miss during your stay.

Jackson Square, located in the French Quarter, dates from 1718 and is the centre of culture in this part of the city.

Here you will find jazz musicians, street entertainers and artists, alongside the Mississippi River and St. Louis Cathedral.

The cathedral was built in 1794 and dominates the skyline for miles around.
