Another scuba diving option is to take a twenty minute drive to Javea, Spain to enjoy a different stretch of the Mediterranean. It's worth taking some extra time to research the different scuba companies as prices vary and trips start at different times.
Dates to note
Moraira and Alicante host many festivals throughout July. The Fiestas of Font Santa, Nuestra Senora de los Desamparados y Virgen del Carmen, Benimarco and Els Sants de la Pedra all occur during this month. Each event features street processions, fireworks, feasts and bull running.
