What's the Weather Like in Liverpool in Novermber

If you don't mind the chilly temperatures, November can be a good time to visit Liverpool. Tourists at this time of the year can expect some slightly cheaper tickets as well as hotel rooms and not as many people to contend with for the best restaurants and most popular sites.
