Weather was mid 20's with a couple of days as high as 30 which was great. Couple of days sunny but breezy and to cold to sit by the pool but NO rain :)
Holiday
Was a bit of a shock to see the country when we first arrived and wondered what we had done. Very dirty with half built buildings and looked a bit like a war zone. Once we arrived at the hotel complex it was amazing. Hugh water park which the kids (and hubby) loved. The hotel was right on the beach and the staff were amazing. The animation team were brilliant with the kids keeping them occupied. Food was ok if you like meat and fish but plenty of salad to choose from. Our hotel was Thalassa Sousse. We would go back again

A camel ride is a must and very cheap. The Colorseum at El Djem was stunning. I didn't like the medinas and getting hassled buy the sellers trying to get you into there shops. But it is very cheap

we went last November and the weather was lovely,average early 20s,we are going again this november,we enjoyed it so very much.

The weather in Tunisia can be so hot that you have to find shelter to cool yourself down.
Coming from Glasgow's wet, windy, cold days to hot dry clear days the weather change is amazing!
Holiday
We went to Sousse which is about 30 to 40 mins from Monastir Airport.
The area itself is very clean and tidy, the people are so pleasant and friendly but you have to remember that there is still a bit of poverty but that shouldnt put you off. It's similar to what is experienced in Spain, Bulgaria and Turkey.
The Tunisians speak perfect english so there is no barrier with communication.
If you are looking for a great time Tunisia is the place to be.

El Djem is an old ampi theatre built by the romans and was used for the film Gladiator.
Port of el Kantiou has a beautiful marina and it also has a great aqua park for the kids.
The medina is Sousse centre is a great place to do some cheap shopping.
