The weather was fantastic.........sunny and warm every day and cooling off in evening

Holiday

We spent 2 weeks at Decameron Los Cocos and had a great time. The first week was much quieter than the second week which was the first week of Semana Santa. wow were there ever a lot of visitors that week.

The beaches came alive with wall to wall holiday makers...a huge holiday celebration for our Mexican amigos. Although we enjoyed the visit, we would come back at a different time of the spring season.

We really enjoyed our hotel location being within walking distance of the town. we highly recommend this area and the Decameron Los Cocos.

Places Recommended

We highly recommend taking a trip to San Blas for it's history and adventure.

If possible, book your holiday with Nolitours and try to have Salvator be your travel guide. He knows the tour very well and might even rescue a baby bird in crocodile infested waters as a bonus on your mangrove swamp tour.

Also recommend eating up the hill at Vista Guayabitos. Go before dusk to see the beach sunset and beach come alive with the night lights.

we go in January until April....beautiful, sunny, warm people, great food....the best place to go in Mexico.....we love it....we stay at the KeLindo Hotel, which is very clean. The staff are the best....one of the best restaurants in Guayabitos.

We had only one day of rain in the three months we went....sunny and hot on most days. This is a place where most Mexicans go for their holidays because of the wonderful beach.....
would I recommend guayabitos to people, YES.

Weather

Most days were sunny in the morning but cloudy in the afternoon and we had several rainy days.

Holiday

It's a small town and we did not have a vehicle so we found it a bit boring as there is only one main street and then the other street bordering the hotels on the beach so not too exciting.

Was About the only highlight.

Stayed at Anai Suites which have the best staff as well as great grounds with a pool as well.

Comfortable and clean rooms.

Resort itself great but town very dirty and smelly

The only decent place to eat is Juans for a hamburger.

The best bar and grill was on the beach at a place named after the owner Matjea who is from Vancouver, Canada.

Good music, food and drinks at her place and she does lots for the town of Guyabitos.
