Weather
The weather was very hot in february. I went to madagascar to help in an orphanage, but after o nly two days there my friend and I were robbed during the night at gun point in our accomadation whilst sleeping, we were bound and gagged and everything stolen!just a warning to anyone that we heard after that these types of robberies are getting more come, our lovely accomadation has been broken into several times since our visit and the same done to others. This is a third world country and the people there very poor and would do anything for money. got to see the children at orphanage which was great and made our trip to make them happy with gifts.
Holiday
people were friendly in the village near antana, the views were great. The local buses are dreadful, get a taxi.children gather outside banks and grab you begging for money, and i mean groups of children pulling at you, very sad to see.hope someone is enjoying wearing my wedding ring and using our digital videocamera, lets hope it was worth it.Be warned,
We were meant to be there for 3 weeks
