Fantastic sunny hot days every day, blue sky's all the way. Hot but not over bearing as nice sea breeze. Got a fab tan without melting or having to get out of the sun. Wonderful.

Absolutely great. Agadir has all u need. Beautiful clean soft sand beaches. Wonderful sea perfect for swimming. Sea temperature perfect. And clean. Incredible sea life for snorkelling or scuba diving. A vast variety of restaurants, bars, shops, night clubs and of course the souks also the marina with fresh fish eateries and modern high class shops. Excellent place incredible holiday. The hotels are all modern and of high standards. The hotel Decameron where we stayed was absolutely brilliant, very clean, excellent service and the food was delicious with very good friendly staff. Nothing to criticise at all. Fabulous holiday. Will definitely be going back. Loved it.

The beaches and restaurants. The souks, the fish market, eating places and shops at the marina. Marrakech so Moroccan very interesting and an experience in its own right. The Atlas Mountains beautiful .

Hot & sunny every day but not unbearable as sea breeze kept it comfortable. Evenings were perfect, very pleasant temperatures no need for extra clothing. The whole place was fabulous, lovely area, lovely people. No worries with safety or being overly bothered by locals selling things or being a nuisance. Fabulous holiday and would go back regularly if we could afford to. Trip through Atlas Mountains to Marrakech was great.

I would recommend Agadir to anyone. Beach and sea amazing, restaurants, night clubs and Marina with fish market and fresh fish restaurants were wonderful. Marina has al the best shops, modern area and well worth a visit. Hotel was perfect in every way: the Decameron Tafouht 5* brilliant food, service, room, view, pool area, snack bar, everything great.

We had excellent weather last January with only two nights of rain and a few cloudy days, although you need a jumper at night!

Holiday

We enjoyed a six week break with no problems; hardly any harassment from stall and shop owners (unlike Marrakech), plenty of snack bars and restaurants with good food and reasonable prices.

Places Recommended

Travel south if you have the time. Mirleft is perfect for a laid back few days, also the old Spanish town of Sidi Ifni is worth a visit - the fish restaurants in the market offer brilliant huge plates of freshly cooked fish for about three pounds.
I am returning in two weeks for more relaxing in the sun!

The weather is always perfect. You can enjoy sunbathing by the shore.

In different private beaches you can rent a coach and a parsol for 2 euros all day long. You can even leave your towels while you go eat lunch in the restaurants nearby the beach, but it is quite expensive.

Ask people who are working on the private beaches to show you the cheapest places to eat. You can get a very good meal for 5 euros. Otherwise you will eat the same meal beside the beach in a restaurant for 30 euros.

You can order the food or drinks and it will come to your beach seat, then you can eat and enjoy the sea view.

I advise you to go to Hawaii Beach.

The holiday in Agdir is almost like living a dream. You get to meet local, friendly people outside of the hotels and tourist areas.

Get to to know the locals and then you will live the magic of the moments with them.

Hippy town Taghazout is great if you want to learn how to surf.
Paradis Valley.

Try the mini desert with a jeep safari with agencies outside of the hotel for 35 euros, with lunch included in the price, instead of trying the same trip and same events with the agency of the hotel.

For 85 euros, you can help the local people. You can ask everyone in the tourist zone; he will take you to an agency then he will earn a small comission of 5 euros. He will be happy andyou will be thankful to spend a lovely day on a nice trip

We had very nice sunny days and clear sky nights. We spent most of our days walking around the beach. There were nice cafe's there for some drinks. Why not try a moroccan tea? The food is just great you can eat any thing.

My holiday was just perfect, some of my most happiest days of my life were spent there. Walk around in a clean city with lots of shops every where you will never get bored.

The big market is the best place for shopping, it is called Sook el Haad, the sunday market. You can visit the Berber villages around, like Imouzaar, Ida Wtanan, the city is very clean and nice and all the citizens are very friendly. If you are into the night life you will find plenty of good night clubs with very good music.

We went August 2010 ! July and August are NOT the best time to go! It can be very cloudy with thick black skies.
We were very lucky. We had one day of rain and when it rains it rains !!!! One day when the sun came out at 1, a couple of days where was sunny all day ! But the other days we would go to Breakfast at 9.30 and it would be cloudy and by 10am was pure blue skies. Temp was 39-45 although never felt this hot as the breeze was fantastic and normally my hubby would want an umbrella but didnt feel the need ! People who went the week before us had 6 bad days so we were lucky we went for 11 days.
All very very tanned. Love Morocco though I would say that the weather was better when we went in October! Oh and nearly every night it rained and so some days the sea mist was amazing but soon disappeared.

It was good, we returned to the Iberostar founty beach in Agadir, nice beach front hotel. It was good thoough, the food hall a little like Butlins !!! Mostly staff polite tho some have a very slow pace!!! Watch your electrical goods in hotel our maid nicked a Nintento Ds and games! Gutted as was too late to report to Police and the hotel were not helpful what so ever!

Kids both girls 15 and 8 had a fab time and loved every minute!

Weather brill but quite windy and would recommend you take a cardigan for nights.
OverCast most mornings till about 11 oclock but beware coz sun still burns. Put your sun cream one

Holiday

I have been to Agadir twice already this year and have just booked to go again in October.
I travel with my daughter and we have a brill time. Their culture is very different to ours but that is what we go away for. (to get away from it all)
Theres lots to do and plenty of very reasonably priced restaurants.
We find it a very safe place and would recommend it to anyone
