Weather

We went in May, and the weather was quite warm, though the nights cooled down so it was still pleasant to sit outside.

Holiday

The holiday was great.

The Island has plenty to offer in the way of architecture, history and water sports.

Places Recommended

The Palace of the Knights of Malta, currently occupied by the Maltese Parliament.

They are moving to a new structure soon, and the building will be a museum open to the public.

Weather

The weather is great most of the year, clear sky and lots of sun shine.

Even in February and March!

Holiday

Holidays in Valletta are very special.

Ideally spent in self-catering apartments as that way you can be in the heart of the city.

We booked ours on www.uniqueholidaymalta.com.

Places Recommended

There are plenty of places to visit in Valletta, churches, historical places and also great views over the grand harbour.

We recommend that you visit the audio-show at the Valletta Living History, because within a few minutes you get a great overview of Malta's history and lifestyle.

After that just plunge yourself into the great city!

Weather

The weather was absolutely amazing. I have often been to Malta and the weather has never failed to dissappoint. I went during May and the weather was 27-28 degrees and every day was beaming sunshine. Who could complain?!

There were often refreshing sea breezes which helped to soothe the warm temperatures.

Malta during July, August and September is often unbraeable and temperatures can easily exceed 40 degrees; with high humidity the weather is rather unpleasant.

The night time temperature does not differentiate from the day temperatures. The temperature at midnight can still be 38 degrees!

Holiday

The overall holiday was fantastic and this is the key reason why I come to Malta 3-4 times a year: there is so much diversity and things to see.

I often go where the locals go because the food and drink tends to be cheaper. For example Zmergc in Balsan is a good place to go because it has the atmosphere but the drinks are not as extortionate as Paceville.

I do enjoy going to the touristy areas such as Melleiha Bay and Splash, but its nice to do what the locals do as well.

Places Recommended

Many places to visit! Gozo is a good place to go as it is quaint and not as built up as Malta and so is peaceful and relaxing.

Sliema is a good place to stroll along the sea front and be nosey!

Buggibba is another good place to go as there are so many things to do for an array of people.

Msida, Zurrieq..there are just so many places to go!
