Weather for Mid February was great : up to 21 c during the day. Weather on the past visits was very hot in summer.Holiday
This is the third time visiting Valencia in the past year. The city is easy to get around but is not tourist orientated. It has huge potential. It is friendly with a lot to do, some Bi-Lingual signage would help with the visitors poor Spanish. The Valentia beach on a Sunday is fantastic and very spanish thousands of people with a great buzz and good restaurants.The architecture is mixed : some modern , some old, the blend is enthralling. The city bus tour is disappointing and follows a strange route parts of which some we passed with difficulty hitting branches from trees on the way.Places Recommended
The Malvarrosa is a must on a good weather Sunday. The Catherderal is breathtaking for mass on a Sunday. We went to the Calveros district for night life on the weekend I dont know what its like on a week day. Sunday is pretty quiet so do the tourist route on this day. Shopping is good in the city centre around the bullring. Check if your holiday falls on a feast day .Everthing shuts down on a public holiday. Restaurants should have bilingual menu.Recommend Valencia to others
