The waether was hot and sunny but there was torrential rain but that did'nt spoil anything

I loved it : every minute of it .
The first time I'd been to Malta . I'd love to go back again The people , the place was the best holiday i'd ever had , The night life was good the food was good .
I miss Kinnie the drink.
Can't wait to go back again

Stayed for one week in April 2013 Sunny every day.

What an amazing place Malta is and Sliema is the best starting point. So easy just to pop on the ferry across to Valetta.or take a trip around the harbour.. Great public transport so easy to use especially with the day or week pass. We will be back.

Lovely and sunny without being too hot.

We have a time share at the Fortina Spa resort and find it very relaxing.

Last year was our first visit and we didn't go to as many places as we had originally planned but will do when we return this year.

Would like to try some local restaurants this year and explore more of Sliema as we didn't experience much night life there last year but plan to see what is available by way of pubs and restaurants this year.

Mdina is stunning and the pretty fishing town of Marsaxlokk with it's market and cafes is lovely.


Valletta is amazing with it's narrow streets and beautiful architecture.

The war rooms are very interesting but avoid the horse and carts, they are extortionately expensive!

Not to hot around the 18 mark and cooler at night.

It was a bit hazy on some days but nice, excellent if you want to walk around.

The hotel staff told me in mid summer it can hit 40, which would be way to hot for me.

Holiday was nice, quite a busy place.

I didn't hire a car as internet forums said driving was awful there, in fact it looked very good and to be honest I would hire next time.

The food was not so good really but I have spent to long in Croatia really.

Steer clear of the Bombay Palace/China Village it is a combined restaraunt by the bridge in Sliema. The food was bad and the service was not much better. An example would be that they gave us the wrong wine, also my wife's black bean chicken was vile, and was sent back, my naan bread did not turn up and when I asked they gave me a plain nan just about cooked which was still doughy. Then we had to argue over the bill as they charged us for an expensive wine, the meal that could not be eaten and the dearer naan bread, bill was 49 Euro so not cheap.

Hotel Imperial, excellent place, clean, cool, nice staff indeed, lovely pool and parking if you hire a car.

Tonys Bar on the front, nice food, good atmosphere and wicked hot chocolate and brandy drinks.

The Bus service is great, we travelled on a 1932 bedford, good fun and quite cheap as well. They are getting rid of these next year and getting new buses which will be a shame as the old ones are harsh but good fun.

BOTH HOLIDAYS WAS FAB THERES LOTS TO SEE IF YOU LIKE SEEING TOURING PLACES MDINA IS SUCH A LOVELY PLACE TO GO AND EXPLORE.
VALLETTA IS A GOOD SHOPPING PLACE.
