Snowy snowy snowy!
There are fantastic views and amazing fells. Absolutley priceless. There were a few inches of lais whilst here but that only made the views more incredible.

Great! Couldn't find a single fault, everwhere we visited was fun and memorable.
Places Recommended
Kings arms is a must for drink, food and local banter! Greyhound food is good too. Also two other cosy pubs to visit.

It snowed and it was very cold but the views were amazing on the fell tops.
Walked down sleddale and the views were breath taking.
Shall go again the eskimos are very friendly and the pubs are brill,they stay open all night.
Holiday
GREAT,GREAT, I love walking and fresh air so this is a great outdoorsey holiday.
The people are friendly and helpfull and there is a great little coffee shop in the centre of the village.
Shap is also near the towns of penrith and kendal so shopping is not a problem.

The greyhound and the kings arms.all the pubs actually as there are four.
Great food in the kings arms and greyhound.
Visit the fells and bampton also keld has a loveley chapel you can visit.
there is a abbey and also a swimming pool outdoor so not good this time of year.
Bramleys have a great garden centre,and there are lots of walks and historical sites.
