I live here, and have done for almost 19 years.
The weather has changed a lot over this time.
When we came in 1995 we could sit out most days in winter time wearing just T-shirts and shorts.
Not now, winter is long cold and wet but summers are still hot and humid.
We love the town as it offers all you need in walking distance and all the beaches are sandy.
Plenty of places to dine that are always clean and nice with friendly people.
Always worth a visit, this is real Spain!
