The weather was pleasantly warm and sunny expecially during the morning. Often clouded over during the afternoon but always warm.
Holiday
We had a very relaxing and enjoyable break in a fabulous hotel and peaceful resort in Playa de la Arena.
A lovely black sand beach, a few shops and no late night rowdy nightlife; perfect for older couples.
Places Recommended
We had a fabulous whale watching trip on the flipper uno, crew dressed as pirates, great fun, a sing a long and an off the boat swim for the brave.
Would also recommend Lorro Park for the family, with great, seal, dolphin and orca shows.

Weather
The day we arrived (boxing day) was about 22degrees.
We had one of the 20days of rain they get each year.
Wind, rain, awful day, then we had a cool cloudy day, but the rest were very warm.
Holiday
The hotel Playa La Arena, is a wow when you see it.
Amazing views, lovely and clean, beautiful gardens.
BUT the kids while we were there were awful, noisey, playing football on pathways, under our balcony, the parents were nowhere to be seen.
The hotel did move these horrible six on, but we felt the hotel lacking in keeping the kids from running wild.
Food was a great choice.
We were on the 5th floor, the piano however, was on the 3rd floor so until 12pm you could hear everything going on.
Singers were very bad, entertainment was the same.
If this hotel was adults only it would be amazing!
Places Recommended
We took this amazing trip up to Mount Teide to watch the sunset.
We drank champagne then had a 3course meal at a nice hotel.
We went up in deluxe 4x4s.
This is a trip worth taking, not cheap but worth it.
