Out of 14days, we had two overcast days but these were still warm with temps averaging 28degrees. One afternoon we had a brief refreshing shower.

The rest of our time there were blue skies and lots of sunshine around 31degrees.

Holiday

Our holiday was relaxing/chilling.

There was something to suit all ages and needs. Beautiful beach at Olu Deniz, lots of excursions with cheap prices - boat trips lasting all day for £7 inc. lunch and transfers!! Great nightlife whether you want a quiet drink, a lively bar, entertainment or a nightclub - something to suit everyone. Local people sooo friendly and the food was great in all resturants.

Four Seasons resturant for great food/great entertainment and great value. A really good place to meet new people and locals.
Costellos for the food.
Olu Deniz for the best beach in the world!!
Orka Club for the entertainment and bar staff.
Mask Bar in Hisaronu, for entertainment to suit everyone.

Weather

The weather was lovely, day time temperatures averaged between 20 and 30 and the evening temperatures dropped to a lovely 13-14, it was cooler at night and allowed for perfect sleeping. It was a pleasure to wake up in the morning knowing that the sun was about to pop its head over the mountain range and warm up the surroundings. We had some indifferent weather rain for 20mins then the rest of the day was perfect, just what you want in May with all of the greenery and the wild life coming out, along with the flowers.

Holiday

The holiday was great, visits to the Oludeniz beach as always, was fantastic. Eating out in Hissoronu was very good but we loved going into Fethiya to the fish market and eating fresh fish cooked by the restaurant owners for next to nothing prices.

Places Recommended

Gemilar beach is absolutely fantastic quite secluded with the minimum of visitors but with everythingyou need for a relaxing time. Fethiya harbour has its attractions and if you know where to go on chalis beach its good as well.

Fantastic weather once again. We holidayed in May 2010 typical daytime tempretures 25 degrees which was great fro getting a tan and not too hot for exploring the surrounding. There has been addtions of restaurants along Attaturk Caddesi which only went to enhance the area.

Holiday

A fantastic holiday once more the Oscar apartments are realy alittle gem offering all the comforts of home with a touch of luxury. Only 12 apartments on this small complex. The surrounding landscapes are stunning and it is difficult to comprehend how such a hot resort can still retains its mountain greenery.
The local people are very helpful and wish to make friends on every occasion often inviting you in for tea or anything else they have to offer!!
Restaurants offer every conceivable world wide cuisine and typically three course meal costing less than £10

Saklikent Gorge and Dalyan are a must.
Boat trips from Olu Deniz along the ocast offer the chance to unwind

Hot!
The welcoming cool mountain breezes only helped to enhance our tan.
The apartment had air conditioning although the bedrooms were downstairs and always remained cool.

Holiday

Brilliant holiday with loads to do and see.
One week was not long enough.
Ovacik has no centre as such, but there are a great selection of bars, shops and restaurants on either side of the main road (Attaturk Cadesi).
Only a mintue away the road also leads down the bustling resort of Hisaronu.
Ideal Location!
Beautiful mountain views.
The beach a Olu Deniz was only a 5 mnute journey away by dolmus which ran along the main road 50 metres from our apartment.

Well the weather as hot, hot, hot
over 27 degrees Celsius every day not a cloud in the sky and resorted to jumping in the pool on the hour just to cool down

Holiday

This was a brilliant holiday. To be honest we were not looking forward to it sharing with my parents and their friends but it was fantastic. The apartment was large 100m2 plenty of room we were not tripping over each other. We all had a double bedroom. Plenty of bathrooms.

The owners plan this home as their retirement home and it has been tastily put together

We expected the apartment to be in the middle of nowhere from the description "set in quite location surrounded by mountains and 5 minutes from the beach" well the description went nowhere near to fully describing the beauty location and all amenities available locally.

Sunbathing throughout the day either by the pool or down at the beach and dancing the night away in Hisaronu a short stroll away - our idea of heaven

We only went for a week but squeezed a lot into it
