The weather was absolutely fantastic for the whole 11 days , we stayed at the end of august even at night it was still in the mid 20s

Holiday

We stayed at The Best Indalo which is situated at the end of the promenade away from the noisier nightlife but close enough to still enjoy everything.

The regular bus stop was right opposite our hotel and ran every 20 mins one bus takes you to Mojacar Pueblo or it can drop you off anywhere en route for 1 Euro 20 and the other bus runs to local water park for 1 Euro 50.

The beach is lovely , sea a bit rough but was great watching the kite surfers! Watersports available on beach, banana boat was fun and reasonably priced.

Places Recommended

Would definitely recommend a visit to Mojacar Pueblo the hillside village is lovely and traditional Spanish culture with great shops. It was fiesta time when we visited (August 2014) and Almeria knows how to party! Some good bars in Mojacar, visit the Rusty Nail for all sports and the Irish Bar is also good. Many ice cream parlours and beach front bars are lovely especially Tito's.

We went this year at the end of april and the weather was great - got a lovely tan considering it was early in the year.

Holiday

The holiday itself was brilliant, the beach is lovely and clean as is the whole the resort there are plenty of cafe's and bars - both Spanish and English. The local people are very helpful and polite, the local bus will take you right across the front to the town were there are lots of shops and stores.

The local markets are great for bargains, they are held on wednesday and saturdays and there are lots of things to see .

I went ot visit my Dad who lives out in Mojacar in March this year and it is just beautiful.
It is completely unspoilt and the Spanish people and extremely friendly and hospitable.
The beaches and the scenery surrounding Mojacar is just beautiful, you have the happening aspects of the Playa on the beach front then the lovely quiet restaurants up the beautiful La Paratta.
It is definetly somewhere not to be missed!

Beautiful!
It was even hot in May most days 28 degress 35 on one day and i am back off in a weeks time!!

Places Recommended

I would recommend going to the fish markets and up the La Paratta to Lykes Bar restaurant, the food is beuatiful and the atmoshphere is very comfortable run by a lovely couple called Tim and Francine.
