Forecast
Avg Historical Daily Average

Autumn begins in October but that doesn't mean this is a bad time of year to travel. The weather conditions in Mogan are still ideal for a late season holiday when there are fewer visitors and smaller crowds. There is consistently beautiful weather and slightly cooler temperatures than the heat of the summer months like August. Temperatures here are some of the warmest in Europe at this time of year and sea temperatures remain at their highest for the whole year at 23°C.

The climate is starting to get wetter and average rainfall is starting to increase to 10mm that falls over 5 days throughout the month. This is still relatively dry and it is unlikely that rain will spoil your plans for the day. If it does rain, it is most likely to be moderate rain or drizzle rather than heavy downpours. Cloud cover varies from 40% at the start of the month to 45% at the end. Check the forecast before travelling for current conditions.

Daytime temperatures are a warm 24°C on average, with average high and low temperatures ranging from a high of 26°C to an overnight low of 21°C. These are perfect temperatures for enjoying the town, exploring the surrounding areas or for relaxing on the beach on the warmer days. Temperatures are gradually falling, so the warmer days to visit will be at the start of the month. Humidity remains the same as it does all year from a mildly humid 55% to a humid 85%. Winds are dropping in the autumn to between 2 m/s to 10 m/s, a light to fresh breeze. The length of each day is gradually decreasing, getting shorter by around 45 minutes from the first of the month to the last day. Daylight saving ends in October, so the clocks go back one hour.
