The Shrine of Remembrance

Royal Botanical Gardens

Home to an impressive collection of insects and well-maintained flora, the gardens primarily feature lush lawns, large lakes and majestic ancient trees. The gardens are also home to the Melbourne Observatory, which works closely with the Astronomical Society of Victoria to provide regular tours to the public.

Phillip Island

As the weather begins to warm up in anticipation of summer, October makes a good time to get out and explore the surrounding areas of Victoria.
