Weather
We holidayed at this beautiful hotel in march 2013. Although the weather was hot during the day a light jacket was needed during the night. The pool temperature was disappointing, even the heated pool, we actually found the sea warmer to swim in.
As we went in March there was a breeze, which at the hottest periods of the day, was very welcomed.
Holiday
This was really one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in.The staff could not do enough for you, the bedding was changed every day and the cleaning could not be faulted.
The only down side was the amount of Russian guests there.
Meal times in the main buffet restaurant could be a bit traumatic but we found the Lebanese restaurant only catered for the English and German guests (breakfast ) which was more civilised.
They also had 4 restaurants to choose from so we rarely went to the main buffet.
Places Recommended
Our hotel was fairly remote from Hurghada but we did venture there once to visit the Hard Rock Cafe which was great, more food than we could eat and fab cocktails. We were pestered a lot by local stalls and shop holders but its all part of the Egyptian experience, a simple "no thanks" does the trick.
