Most of the time ideal, very warm and sunny but on two occasions heavy storms, one very destructive, that marred our stay somewhat

Normal good weather usually, excellent restaurants abound to suit all pockets and as ever the Canarian people great. All this spoilt to a degree by having suffered two attempts by presumably European Immigrants acting in threes to relieve me of my wallet!

Restaurants Juan Lana's and El Timon excellent, Juan Carlos and Jardin very good but a trite costly

When you are visiting los gigantes, go and see veronica s, it's a bag shop, and lots of nice hair clips,purses,scarves,belts,Sun glasses,and of course fantastic bas, for all occasions,and the owner veronica is so helpful,she will always give you help, and a good discount.I stayed in the los gigantes hotel, fab.

It was really warm and sunny and 20 degrees warmer than in the UK!

Relaxing and a time to re-charge the batteries.

Los Gigantes has become a second home - just the place to go to get away from it all.

Looking forward to a return visit in May.

We re-visited Loro Parc after a number of years and were impressed with the improvements.

We also took the fast cat to La Gomera which was a great day out.

Weather

The weather and climate in Los Gigantes is the best in the world. It is where you can expect sunshine year round.

Although there are seasons you can always be sure that you will enjoy sunshine on your holiday.

At certain times of the year - say January and February you can get heavy rain but it is still warm and the rain doesn't last for more than 1 - 3 days.

Los Gigantes a truly magical place with spectacular views, a beautiful harbour, good shops and restaurants and water sports.

It is not a place for those wanting night clubs and discos but there is good live entertainment to be found every night.

Places Recommended

There are many places to visit like Siam Park which boasts the best water slides in Europe.

If you like horses you can visit the new complex where you can watch the show, have a meal or have riding lessons.

There are excellent international shows to go to in Las Americas and the spectacular Rock Experience in Fanabe.

Much, much more too.
