Weather
The weather forecast prior to leaving the UK was forecasting heavy thunderstorms but we only had one storm on saturday night on the 16th. The rest of the week the temperatures where in the mid to high 30's.
Holiday
Brilliant hotel staff, they were helpfull and courteous. The food was good and the room was clean with a great view of the lake from our balcony. We stayed at the Villa Dirce.
Places Recommended
Sermione the cable car ride at malcessine and of course venice.

Weather
WE have been to Limone in both June and August and have mostly had good weather. In August it was perhaps a bit too hot for me but I am sure sun worshippers would love it. You can get rain though, but there again it is a lake with lush mountains.
Holiday
Limone is stunningly beautiful and and is picture postcard perfect. Lovely lake views and gorgeous mountain backdrops, quaint little harbours and backstreets.
You cannot fail to fall in love with it. No Sky TV or football shirt clad brits causing embarrassment or McDonalds burger bars. Tasty food and wine at reasonable prices.
Places Recommended
Catch a ferry to nearby Malcesine, Riva or a bit further to Salo or Simionne. They are all as beautiful as the other.
