Weather

If you love sun, sea and sand, Latina is the place to be. In Summer Latina can become uncomfortably hot with temperatures reaching as high as 40 degrees at times...but latina is next to the sea so you can always go for a swim when it gets too hot or you can pop into one of the many air conditioned shops to cool down or enjoy a granita or fantastic ice-cream. The hottest months are July and August. Latina often feels hotter than what it is because it can be quite humid. For example 33 degrees can often feel like 37 degrees. In Winter it doesn't get very cold, winters are mild here. Latina is a modern city close to the sea, lakes and mountains it's also close to Riviera di circe but if you prefer ancient cities latina is next door to Rome, The mountains and hills tend to be cooler in the summer months the hills/mountains are full of medieval towns..well worth a visit. I think Latina has a little something for everyone.

Holiday

I have been coming to Latina now for five years every summer and now I live here. This year it rained quite a bit in June and also in December but that was it, after that sun shine everday. In the summer months rain is scarce.

Places Recommended
