The weather was wall to wall sunshine.
Holiday
Really nice blue flag beaches, very clean and well maintained/supervised. The area has some nice restaurants and bars.
Places Recommended
The Water Park at Rojales was excellent value for money. Friday night walking along the sea front at Torrevieja is not to be missed - the atmosphere is wonderful.
The Red Sea Cafe on Calle San Antonio served the best eastern tapas ever and has lovely friendly staff.

Perfect - Hot but not unbearable. We went late May and it was perfect for the kids. Few drops of rain on the first day after overcast but by eleven it was hot again and was nothing but blue skies.
Holiday
Great for the family - we have two kids aged one and eight and both enjoyed every minute of it.
Food and drink were cheap, there was a choice of three beaches ten mins walk away, each different in what they had to offer. Stayed in a freinds villa so pool was across a path which was perfect for the week we stayed.
Places Recommended
All three of the beaches - the smaller one is down a steep slope so not good if you have got pram, but is nice & quiet. Main beach is large with a play area, beach bar, umbrella hire ect, and further down was the best beach of all, brilliant for families.
