Koh Tao is accessed via ferry from Koh Samui.
Koh Samui airport does not receive any direct flights from the UK, though when booking flights to Koh Samui your travel operator or airline will book your transfers.
If booking each leg of the journey yourself, direct flights are available from the UK to Bangkok, Singapore, Hong Kong and Kuala Lumpur and flights to Koh Samui are available from each of these locations.
