Wet and windy keswick could have been a trial, but there are so many things to do here (In the dry) that this was only a temporary setback.
The next day the sun shone and we hadn't really missed much having done the town early,we were now free to enjoy the countryside & Fells.

Holiday

Great stayed in a central hotel part of Great Little Hotels Group and booked through www.keswick-tourist-information.com.
The hills (fells were beautiful). Take a trip on the lake it really is good, but you need to wrap up warm at times.
