Awful - cold and rainy in August. Our bad luck but beware, if you have a bad week in javea the rain is horrendous. This can happen in august.
Holiday
It's a great place but the holiday was ruined by the cold and wet weather.

We have been throughout the year and the weather is lovely from april when its just warming up better to visit out of season before the crowds come at easter. There are some fab restaurants on a lovely prom that was refurbished last year.The beach area is very clean and safe with climbing toys for children. Sunbeds can be hired at very reasonable rates and paddle boats also in the area.
Holiday
Our holiday was very relaxing we go on the beach most days then take a dip in the sea and a local pool.we visit local areas in the car we hire from javea cars, we are very happy with their service

There was a tornado today it ripped the roof off a restaurant on the front and sent sun beds and umbrellas swirling into the sea!!
It was crazy!!

Fab holiday overall!!
Though, we have been here for 6 days and have had 6 days of rain!
Still managed to burn my knees!!

Weather was great in July.
The beach can get very busy in the summer months but this is due to there are loads of life guards, clean sand, very shallow for a good distance.
Large raft/float moored in the bay to swim to (with life guard)
Holiday
3 weeks of sun, sea and having fun.
Great place for all, Javea can cater for all types. Excellant along the beach front ( Arenal) Loads of bars and places to eat.
Some bars on the front can be expensive but very nice.
Great for families and couples. Stag and hen parties stop at Benidorm

La Martineta,,(next to scollops at the end of the beach) Scallops cheap pub grub
Platinos for british bar and music.
Excellent Spanish food try Almbrasa by crazy golf behind the beach. Great food at very good price. 3 courses for 9 euros

The weather was very warm and pleasant.
There was not a lot of rain and temp was about 26 most of the time.
Holiday
A mixture of lazing around and sunbathing and partying. also going to Crazy Daisy's and meeting lots of girls who were there for the karaoke.
Places Recommended
Crazy Daisy's on the beach (Arenal) is the place to go for a good night out, lots of good karaoke and packed with packed with beautiful girls and guys.
Its right at the end of the beach just ask anyone for Crazy Daisy's.
