Sugar Beach
Sugar Beach boasts white sands and crystal clear water, usually quite uncrowded and ideal for small children as the water is very calm; you can swim out for miles and be only waist deep in parts. If you arrive at Belcegiz via dolmus, hop off and switch to a taxi driver to get to Sugar Beach, located about ten minutes away on the other side of the lagoon.
Patara Beach
Patara Beach, a few miles northwest of the small but popular resort of Kalkan, is one of the longest in the entire Mediterranean and remains remarkably undeveloped. Even in high-season it's possible to find deserted stretches of fine, white sand, complete with tidemark lines of driftwood, shells and other marine detritus.
You can wade out quite a long way before reaching deeper waters, making it ideal for kids, though frequent winds can bring in body-surfing sized regiments of waves. Access is usually made through the dune-engulfed Lycian site of Patara costing a small fee. Pay a little more for a combo site entry and Beachcard which allows you nine further entries to both site and beach. There are sunbeds and shades for hire, and there's a good value beach cafe/bar.
Kidrak
If you're in need of a bit of rest and relaxation, head to one of the many beaches in Hisaronu. Kidrak is an environmentally protected beach. It is one of the resort's well-kept secrets so you're bound to find the perfect sunbathing spot no matter which time of year you visit.

Barracuda has the usual international menu, serving classics like steak, schnitzel, and pizza. There's a separate children's menu, so it's perfect for those picky eaters, and they cater very well the large groups. The fresh fish is excellent, and the sea bass comes highly recommended.
