Each time we have been to Guardamar we have visitied between the months of May to September, the weather has been just lovely!

Holiday

I have been 6 times with my partner, Friends and family!
It's great for people of all ages.
I am 26 and I enjoy it more and more each time we go - we are even considering living there.

The Beach is probably one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen and it is always extremely clean.

We are going back in 10 weeks and it cant come sooner!

Places Recommended

I would recommended going to Beniofar for dinner at the Taj Mahal - it is the tastiest Indian restaurant ever - plus the staff there are extremely nice - we couldnt get a taxi one evening and they offered to drive us home - although our taxi did eventually turn up - it was very thoughtful of them!
We also love taking a drive to Torrevieja to walk along the water front where there is also a lovely italian restaurant - but book in advanace in you want to go there as it is always extremely busy!

Weather

We are again off to beautiful Guardamar tomorrow,this will be our fifth visit. The weather on the whole is glorious, June,July and August are extremely hot,Christmas Eve 2007 we were on the beach, May this year was very warm but some days we had quite a lot of cloud. We have friends who live in Rojales and they tell me ther have been a couple of thunderstorms recently,October is usually good so fingers crossed.

We have never been disappointed, lots of great walks to be had,we love to walk to the Marina then along the sand dunes to the beach,quite a long hike but well worth it.The Reina Sofia park is really beautiful and well worth a visit.

We love the market on wednesdays, a visit to Tabarca is a must.

Weather

Largely sunny, though a couple of days of tremendous thunderstorms, that completely cleared the beach in the daytime, but looked spectacular at night. Temperatures in high 20s, though one day peaked at 32C.

Holiday

The Moors Christians festival was a riot of colour, fireworks and over-the-top costumes.
The beaches are fine, but also the local council has organized interesting trails along the backroads and through the woods and hills behind the town.

Weather

We went here twice once in January and then back in May , the weather was great for us both times .
It was hot around 90 in May but only around 65-70 in Jan .

Holiday

Very enjoyable : mostly Spanish in this resort but they were friendly we had a great time , its a very quiet place from Sept to June , so great to relax the beach is fantastic with great walks .
You need to venture out of town a bit to get some nightlife. there are plenty of restaurants and a nice town center , also a big market on weds : highly reconmended .
