Weather
During my stay, it only rained two days. The high's were in the high 50's and low's were in the mid 40's. Beautiful weather!
Holiday
It was the most amazing place I have ever been to. I was enchanted by the wonderful Scottish people and the beauty of its land. The history of the country is spellbinding and exciting. I enjoyed the local cuisine immensely. Haggis was a treat. Will I be back, you bet! In fact, returning in September 2013.
Places Recommended
Edinburgh is a must and no one should leave Scotland without seeing the Highlands. Loch Ness, Inverness, Fort William are wonderful.

Weather
Typically Scottish, ranging from sun and rain in the summer to some sun, more rain and snow in the winter
Holiday
Fantastic city, best in the UK in my opinion. Lots to see, places to visit, the sea, golf and of course the people.
Great nightlife with a huge choice of restaurants, theatres and bars.
Places Recommended
If you don't visit the castle and the Royal Mile you are missing 1000 years of Scottish history.
Visit Prince's St. Gardens, fun for kids and a nice place to chill out even though it is only 2 mins walk from the main shops.
Climb Arthur's Seat, if my 78 yr old mother can do it then you can, the views are fantastic.
