Weather was a very nice change from england. as my son said, "what is that big ball in the sky we never see that in england"...hes 25 so that sums it up!We go every year!
Holiday
we go to Cala n Forcat every year as it is a fantastic holiday destination and a beautiful island for all ages, especially families with small children as it's very safe to go anywhere day or night.Also it is a very easy island to drive around and visit the beautiful coves and beaches.
Places Recommended
Ciutadella is a beautiful city day or night with a great harbour and typical narrow streets but you won't get lost.Lovely food and a great festival in june makes Sant Joan well worth a visit.
Mahon is good for walking along the beautiful harbour or sitting watching the world go by.
My favourite beaches to visit are Sa Mesquida, Cala Santandria, Cala Porter and Macarella.
Sightseeing wise you must go to the top of Monte Torro and then visit Fornells.
Binebecca is also a must as it is very pretty.
