It's very hot here in Aqaba. There is also a hot breeze blowing all the time.Today is even hotter than yesterday so around 40 degrees. Lots of good high factor sun cream and litres of water are a must here. Water is very cheap.Holiday
I am here to visit my partner who is working here. As a woman, I would not walk about again as I have done so twice and the guys just keep blowing the horn non stop. They even shouted stuff out the window at me. I am 50 years old and just a very plain looking person, so what's the big deal. I cover up totally as a mark of respect for their culture, so just my face a bit of my neck and my toes peep out of my sandals.Places Recommended
Due to my partner working, we have not been out too much, but we hope to visit Petra on Friday.One really important thing is that no one obeys the rules of the road, that is if there are any here. Children packed into cars, no belts, not seats even. Try crossing the road at a crossing.
