Billy's Beach

Visit Billy's Beach for a fun day in the sun. The beach overlooks the lagoon and you can rent kayaks or pedallos to go exploring on the sea. The water is perfect during September and, once you are done swimming and sunning yourself, there is a beach bar with refreshing drinks and tasty food.

Iztuzu Beach

If you find yourself in nearby Dalyan, then you should seriously consider taking a dip in the sea at the fantastic Iztuzu beach. The beach is a thin strip of sand between a natural water lake and the sea. The endangered Caretta Caretta turtles can be found breeding here, and if you are really lucky you will see one of the females laying its eggs in the sand.

Pine Hill

The restaurant of the Pine Hill Hotel is certainly worth a visit if you're around Hisaronu for a tour. They offer great international cuisine and many classic favourites at a very high quality. The service is impeccable and the prices reasonable. Most of the dishes on the menu incorporate delicious Turkish ingredients, all cooked to perfection.  

Things to do in Olu Deniz in September

Sky Sports Paragliding

Olu Deniz is one of the two world's best spots for paragliding. Jumping off Mount Babadag offers a wonderful view of the lagoon and the landing is usually at one of the soft sandy beaches. Sky Sports paragliding has professional pilots and extremely friendly staff for a safe, memorable jump.

Mud Bath-Turtle Beach

One of the most fun tours is the mud bath-turtle beach combination, which begins in Dalyan. You will be transferred there on an air-conditioned coach and then begin the journey downriver with a boat. There will be a stop at the mud baths, where the myth says that whoever bathes in the mud emerges 10 years younger. The tour ends at the turtle beach, which is one of the protected locations where the famous Caretta Caretta species breeds.
