Koh Phi Phi is still a wonderful place to be in October with fantastic opportunities for adventure and bonding with new people. Most attractions stay open year round since there is typically nothing wrong with the weather except when there is thunderstorms and heavy rainfall. Things to do are vast and can be as relaxing as a cocktail at a bar or as intense as climbing a cliff.
Let's start with those extreme adventurers who love to live life on the edge. If you are one of these types you will most likely find your happy place in the Tonsai Tower climbing area. Ton Sai Tower is a massive 450 foot limestone cliff with beautiful views of the ocean and islands surroundings. Work with your choice of climbing shops and instructors on the island along a bunch of moderate and easy routes to earn the reward of a stunning picture.
