Cala Ferris
Cala Ferris in Torrevieja is a 200 metre long brilliant sandy beach with a lot of little sand dunes. There are no beach bars and restaurants on this beach, so bring your own food and drink. This beach is a perfect way to spend a couple of hours sunbathing and swimming in the wonderful clear water. It is encompassed with numerous palm trees and with the palm trees behind you and the precious stone blue sea in front, you genuinely feel like you are some place tropical. Now that the weather is warmer you can make the most of such a lovely spot.
Cala de las Piteras
Cala de las Piteras in Torrevieja is essentially a rocky shoreline with a small amount of golden sand. It has a wonderful promenade perfect for a flawless walk or bicycle ride. It has been compensated blue flag standard and has Life Guards. It has a Sunrise bar situated along the promenade permitting you the chance to appreciate a drink while watching the beautiful sunset over the Mediterranean Sea.
El Acequion
El Acequion is one of the bigger beaches of Torrevieja at 900 metres in length. The sandy beach is perfect for some quality sunbathing and the quiet blue waters are ideal for swimming. There are Life Guards making it a safe beach to take kids in for a swim. This beach is in an urban area and there are a lot of adjacent bars and restaurants to appreciate a decent dinner or lunch, permitting you to truly make a day of it.

Things to Do in Cabo Roig in April
Font de Algar Natural waterfalls
Font de Algar Natural waterfalls is a worthwhile and scenic day trip out of Cabo Roig. The waterfalls are situated in a nature park known as "Font de Fonts", the spring of all springs. The fonts are a series of small springs which join together to form a beautiful waterfall and smaller lagoons. There are many paths and natural pools to explore in the nature park including D'Algar waterfall, which is the most famous of the waterfalls in the park.
The nature park has many spots to cool in the spring water or have a rest and there is a restaurant, picnic and barbecue facilities within the nature park. The nature park at Algar Falls has a botanical garden with over 500 species of cacti, set in 50000 square metres. The park entrance fee is 4 euros and it is generally open 8am to 7pm. A fantastic place for taking photos!
