The Tom Moore's tavern is Bermuda's oldest eating-house and is located on Walsingham Bay. Built in 1652 as a private residence, this well-maintained building has many original features including a fireplace for colder March days and became a tavern 100 years ago. There is an outdoor terrace, seating for large groups and five rooms over two floors. Open for dinner, the menu consists of meats, fish and seafood and vegetarian food as well as a delicious desert menu. There is an extensive wine list and plenty of beers on tap.

The Bermuda International film festival takes place in March each year and this is a great opportunity to mingle with the locals and watch some international movies.
