My Holiday at the Hotel Lito Agios Nikolaos

Weather
The weather was great for the time of year and was really hot. There was a little rain on a couple of days but this did not amount to much and was actually very refreshing.
As it was not too hot the mosi's were not about so much and therefore there was not such a chance of being bitten.
Holiday
The Hotel Lito is just outside of Agios Nikolaos about a half hours walk although there is a local bus which was good and cheap.
The Hotel itself was terrible and was located on a steep hill with a further 50 steps up to reception. There was no assistance on arrival with cases up to the reception area. In fact the Hotel was closing the week after my stay and was going to be partially knocked down and rebuilt. The food was awful and most of the time covered in flies. There was no staff to look after the bar most of the time and no waiters available during meals.
The only thing that made this Hotel was the pool and the beautiful views once you had climbed up to your balconies.
