The proprietors work closely at the ship's helm to ensure a high level of guest service as they, along with the service staff, guide you through the exciting dining experience their restaurant has to offer. Located in a small apartment neighbourhood, this restaurant is a tad hard to find, but don't let that deter you. This spot is a must try for seekers of delicious and eclectic world cuisine.

Restaurante Serantes

Restaurante Serantes specialises in traditional Basque cuisine. Don't be deterred by the unlikely location. This quaint restaurant located in an inauspicious shopping centre offers some of the premier local, fresh seafood. The staff is friendly, and the chef is known for walking the dinning room floor to mingle with guests. Pro tip: order the fresh lobster salad. The food here is well worth the off-the-beaten-path detour.

Things to Do in San Agustin in August

Go on a dive! Davy Jones Diving is the leader in dive excursions through the El Cabrón Marine Reserve. El Cabrón is just a twenty-minute shuttle ride away from San Agustin Beach, part of the services provided to guests by the diving company. The waters are famous for their volcanic reefs and varied marine life. The warm summer months are the best time to get into the water and go deep below the sea to see a place unlike any other on earth.
