The evenings cool down to a pleasant 26°C after sunset. Both temperatures are the annual highsa href="http://www.holiday-weather.com/marsa_alam/averages/july">July has similarly hot temperatures. Temperature

The average temperature during this month is 31°C, which is also the annual maximum and only slightly warmer than the average sea temperature of 30°C. This is as warm as the Red Sea ever gets, a bath-like temperature that is warm enough not to offer any real refuge from the blazingly hot afternoon temperatures. Make sure to bring a hat or parasol and slop on plenty of sun cream if you want to hit the beach this time of year. Approximately 80% of the days in August are considered to be hot; 20% are classified as warm.

Rain

Just like the previous few months, August is bone-dry in the resort. There is no precipitation at all; no days with rainfall and a total amount of precipitation of 0mm.

Sunshine Hours

In terms of sunshine, August still has an average of 13 hours of sunshine per day. This is the annual maximum average of sunshine hours, a number that is shared with the months of MayJune and July.
