What's the weather like in Ha Long Bay in December
Temperature
Winter has well and truly arrived in December in Ha Long Bay, which is located in Vietnam, but that doesn't mean cold weather as the average temperature is still at a warm 19°C. This is still warm enough to enjoy days out on wildlife tours, cultural tours and enjoy plenty of water sports activities.
