Weather at Disneyland Paris in December
Although by now winter weather has already arrived in Disneyland Paris, France, December is the official beginning of the coldest season of them all.
The temperatures are at their lowest; there is a minimum of sunshine per day; and there is an increased chance of rain, which, at this time of the year, could turn to snow. If you're visiting Disneyland Paris at this (magical) time of year, make sure that you wrap up warm.
In December, the average temperature is a mere 4°C, three degrees colder than November and only one degree warmer than the absolute minimum of 3°C in January. The same monthly average is recorded in February.
December has some of the chilliest afternoons of the year, with temperatures averaging 7°C. Only January is colder. At night, the mercury drops to only 2°C. Frost at night is common this time of year.
Both highs and lows are gradually falling in the course of the month. December 1 has the highest temperatureshe afternoons are 8°C 'warm'; the nighttime temperature is 3°C. December 31 is a couple degrees colderhe afternoons average 6°C, while the nights are 2°C cold.
Rainfall in December
The total amount of rainfall is pretty much the same as the two previous months of October and November. December receives 50mm of rain, spread out over 16 days of rainfall. Only January has more rainy days.
The average chance that rainfall occurs is 62%, a percentage that is essentially constant throughout the month. December 28 is the wettest day of the year, though, with a 64% chance of precipitation.
Once again, moderate rain is the most common type of precipitation by fart occurs on 65% of the days with rainfall. Light rain, drizzle and moderate snow are observed as well, respectively happening on 12%, 10% and 8% of the days with precipitation.
Cloud cover reaches its annual maximum too in December. With 89% cloud cover, December 25 is the year's cloudiest day. Add to that the fact that December is also the shortest month in terms of total amount of daylight and you have the least sunny month of the year.
December 1 has 8.34 daylight hours; December 21, the shortest day of the year, has only 8.15 hours of daylight; and December 31 has 8.20 daylight hours. There are only 2 hours of sunshine per day in December, the annual low, which is also recorded in November and January.

The Raddison Blu also features two restaurants (the buffet breakfast restaurant 'Birdie' and the Pamplemousse Restaurant that offers fine French cuisine) and a bar (the Scottish-style Le Chardon Bar with views of the golf course).
Rocket Cafe
The Rocket Cafe in Discoveryland is an ideal place to grab a quick bite to eat while you're waiting for a show to start or when you're on your way to your favourite attraction. This small kiosk serves popular snack food, such as fries, hot dogs, soft drinks and ice cream.
Cafe de la Brousse
In Adventureland, you will find that Cafe de la Brousse is one of the better spots to get a snack. Designed as an African mud hut on the shore of the lagoon, this counter-service snack bar serves ice cream, doughnuts, cakes, fruit salads, hot dogs and a wide variety of beverages.
Disneyland Paris at Christmas time
Disneyland stages a lot of magical Christmas festivities in December. Children can visit Santa and his elves at Santa Claus' Village, delivering their Christmas wish lists in person or asking him themselves for whatever their hearts desire.
There is also a traditional Christmas market at the Christmas at Disney Village. Disneyland Paris is one of the most magical places in the world in December, home to millions of glittering lights, accompanied by Christmas music from classic Disney Christmas movies. Events include parades, shows, fireworks, Christmas markets and much more.
New Year's Eve is brought in in style, with a brilliant fireworks display lighting up the sky above the Sleeping Beauty Castle.
