Ao Nang has only the hot/dry season and the rainy season. The peak of the rainy season is during the month of September. This is the wettest month of the year with average rainfall of 450mm. Temperatures remain warm and constant since May with peaks of 31 and lows of 24 degrees Celsius. September will have an average of 6 hours of sunshine daily.

The weather is ideal for yoga. Ao Nang Yoga offers yoga that is flexible and designed to suit individual needs regardless of age, flexibility or strength. There are more than 35 classes per week with 50 students per class under Indian and Thai yoga masters.

Another interesting indoor activity you can do during a wet day is to explore and enjoy different cuisines. Sample the seaside restaurant, Wangsai Seafood that serves the freshest and best live seafood including crabs, shrimps, mussels and shellfish. There's also fantastic views of the sea.
