Jersey is set away from the coast of Normandy in France and is part of the Channel Islands. The island typically experiences four distinct seasons throughout the year. Summer in Jersey

During winter, Jersey may receive some frost and therefore, visitors are advised to carry warm clothing including wolly socks and warm jumpers to brave the chilly weather.

Strong winds and high tidal waves occasionally hit Jersey causing debris and large rocks to be tossed onto the island and trees uprooted.
