Things to do
For a spot of Christmas shopping, the Center Commercial is the place to go. This shopping centre has had a revolving door of different shops in it but has been popular with locals throughout the years. This is a good place to come if you’re looking for a particular souvenir or item while on holiday but can’t face the frenetic experience of hitting the souks. While Center Commercial is primarily a shopping destination, there are also art exhibitions and cafes on-site, too.

Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
24th December 2015 to 25th December 2015
If you are in Hammamet for Christmas Eve, expect exquisite seven to eight course banquets and galas to be offered at your hotel to celebrate one of the favourite days in the calendar. Children may enjoy a treat from an Arabian Santa Claus and an occasional tree may sparkle in the lobby reminding of Christmas back home. Towards the evening, a belly dance, a cabaret, or even a magic show may be thrown in to cap the occasion. On Christmas Day itself, you could venture out for some sight-seeing if the chilly clime and strong breezes well-known in Hammamet at this time of year do not deter you.
