I was in cala bona from the 29th september 2008 until the 5th October - the weather was mixed, but never stopped us going out, and apart from one brief heavy shower - we did not need to wear any waterproofs. yet the week before the weather had been dissappointing which for this time of year is unusual.

we still managed to sit out by the sea and enjoy our lunch and only needed an additional light top in the evening

we have been to this area several times before and have never been dissappointed.

it is a quiet resort, we always stay in the alicia, which overlooks the sea. it is beautifully clean throughout and has good meals, with a good mix of choice.

the resort is clean and has a pretty harbour at one end which has been renovated to form a very pleasant area to both eat and sit. it is possible to walk from cala bona through to cala millor.

it is all on the level - there are now dropped kerbs to assist wheelchairs and pushchairs to go up and down the kerbs. there are some disabled parking spaces - the down side is that toilets are based within the coffee shops and restaurants and are not good for wheelchair users.
