Pumpkin Fair 🌾
On the second weekend in November, Playa de Muro hosts its annual pumpkin fair, also known as Fira de sa Carabassa. Suitable for the whole family, this fair is held to celebrate the pumpkin family and includes a competition awarding the biggest pumpkin on show. There is also a great choice of pumpkin treats served in the local bars and restaurants, plus a small funfair decorated with giant pumpkins shipped over from Spain. In 2009 the biggest pumpkin weighed in at a mighty 98Kg!

New Year's Day 🗓
