Fira d'Alcudia 🦹
The Fira d'Alcudia takes place on the first weekend of the month in the popular holiday resort Alcudia. The family-friendly fair is held each year in celebration of the harvest and includes busy markets, demonstrations, music concerts and exhibitions. The Estol del Rei en Jaume – a group of carnival figures – is always a hit, dressed traditionally from head to toe as characters from the island's history.

Autumn Fair 👥
The Autumn Fair is an annual affair celebrated in the town of Sa Pobla, which lies just south of the spectacular wetlands of S'Albufera. The event takes place every year over the fourth or last weekend in November. Thousands of tourists and locals flock to this popular fair to visit the traditional markets abundant with fresh local produce and beautiful handicrafts. Don't miss the demonstrations performed by local master craftsmen and martial arts by local kids - or the wine tasting sessions! There will also be some local rock bands attending - as well as traditional music of the 'xeremier' (Majorcan bagpipes). Sa Pobla's town hall publishes a full programme of events close to the event.

Festa dies Butifarro - Festival of the Black Pudding 🍲
Foodies won't want to miss the chance to experience the Festa dies Butifarro. Held on the third Sunday of the month, this lively, colourful festival takes place in Sant Joan, Majorca's third biggest town, and is brimming with food stalls laden with all sorts of traditional goodies. Unsurprisingly, the local sausages take centre stage and come in all sorts of varieties – make sure you try the black pudding.
