Weather was beautiful. We had one bad storm and Etna erupted, sending grey ash down everywhere, but it was very exciting watching it.

Fabulous! it was all we expected and more. We have been three times and are returning next year again. It's not that expensive as long as you go to the bars/cafes on the side streets off the Corsso Umberto. We have stayed at Hotel Bel Soggiorno, Hotel Kristina and The Meridiana Hotel. Loved them all.

The weather was lovely - just had a thunderstorm one day - other than that is was sunshine and warm all the time. It was September when I visited.

Five days of sight seeing and experiencing so many things. It was a real experience. Absolutley loved it. It was the end of the summer season - quite a few places were shut but it meant getting around was a lot less of a hassle.
Amazing buildings and so clean - and the ice-cream is fabulous!
