Weather
The weather was very fine. Most days the temperature was about 28 -30 celcius. Occaisional short showers in the afternoon.
Holiday
It was a family hoiday. We stayed at Penzion Mayer in Bled. A friendly 14 room hotel with an excellent resturant.
It is easy to travel around Slovenia, especially by bus which are frequent and punctual. The roads are good but becoming increasingly crowded. Slovenia is geared especially to people who like out door activities eg walking, biking, swimming and rafting etc. Lake Bledi s a beautiful lake to swim in, warm and with a spectacular location. Slovenia is a very safe country and family friendly.
