Although not considered summer in Vilamoura, Portugal, May is characterised by long, sun-filled days, minimal rainfall, and rapidly increasing temperatures. Summer is just around the corner, and the resort is gearing up for its busiest time of year. If you visit in May you get the best of both worlds great weather and fewer crowds than in peak season.
