What's The Weather Like In Vilamoura In February
February is winter in Vilamoura, Portugal, but the weather is still very mild. It's warmer than January and has more hours of sunlight per day than January as the resort prepares for spring. Temperatures can reach 16°C, sometimes higher towards the end of the month, but the daily average is 13°C.
At night, the temperature can drop to 8°C, so the evenings are fairly mild for winter, but it's still worth packing a thicker jumper to keep the cooler air at bay. You can try windsurfing or kitesurfing and you'll get to wear a wetsuit to keep warm.

Head to nearby Praia da Rocha Baixinha, a long stretch of sand that connects Vilamoura to Falesia. Take a wintery walk along the length of the beach, or drop by the Kitesurfing School and pick up the basics of this exciting watersport. The empty sands and the blustery waves make the Rocha Baixinha the perfect winter beach.
